Our workouts replicate the physical demands of a 12 round championship bout; there are 12 x 3-minute rounds with 30 seconds rest between. Each workout is completed in under 45 minutes which is the optimal duration for high-intensity training, maintaining the right balance between effort and results.

12RND has a 7 x week training cycle with 4 distinct phases designed to run continuously allowing members to start at any time throughout. They are:
PHASE 1: BASE
Full-body movements with high reps, longer durations, limited recovery and intentionally dramatic tempo changes to quickly boost your fitness level.
PHASE 2: STRENGTH
Reps drop and weight increases for targeted muscular development, enforcing greater control in major movements and increased range
PHASE 3: POWER
Strength and speed are combined to create higher outputs through explosive movement and quicker transitions.
PHASE 4: PEAK
Speed, agility and reaction time become a key focus to build on your boxing technique, introducing athletic movement through increased plyometrics, boxing combinations, and padwork and footwork.
This intelligent programming taps into both the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems to deliver a full-body functional strength program in every workout. This powerful combo can burn up to 750 calories or more in a single bout.

The 12RND Brookvale team had 2 clear objectives.

2. Lower current Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Our process begins with a range of in-depth on-site sessions, through which we analysed the 12RND Fitness Brookvale’s historic analytical data, sales & marketing processes, current SEO, SEM and Social media marketing strategies. In completing the analysis we identified a range of components that could be improved and updated.
We cooperatively developed two bespoke solutions for the 12RND fitness team. With a focus on their outlined core objectives going into 2019, as well as any supplementary recommendation we had.
1. The 12RND Fitness team had used several other marketing agencies, and found no success with these. Through our award winning strategies we developed a bespoke solution to accelerate the performance the results the 12RND fitness team were experiencing. Implementing this helped the team reduced their costs significantly. We assisted them in improving their lead to sale conversion rate through several funnel acceleration strategies, implemented through social media, email marketing and other offline channels.
2. The previous CPL (Cost per lead) that the 12RND team had, was significantly higher than would be economical for them. Subsequently they choose to find a new agency (us) who through the implementation of several bespoke solutions managed to reduce their CPL by 80%. The new and improved strategy allowed them to increase their monthly Ad-spend. The business owner operates the facility from another state so having marketing managed by us has “allowed me to focus on my family”.
