The BTE Electrical team had 2 clear objectives.
The objective for this campaign was to generate sales qualified solar leads through appointment setting for the residential & commercial space. Their goal was to receive solar appointments on a regular and consistent basis so that their sales team could focus on closing, not just leaving voicemails.

- Generate Sales Qualified Appointments and appraisal ready leads.
Our 4 stage on-boarding process has been rigorously built to find the best combination of scripts, offers, industry databases, and rejection dialogue. Beginning with a range of in-depth sessions, we analysed BTE Electrical’s historic data and identified components that could be improved, updated and re-formulated to drive leads. Ultimately, our process is designed to achieve the highest ROI for our client.
Using our Insil® Campaign Builder we designed a campaign that was specifically targeting:
- Residential suburbs around Dubbo
Once BTElectrical approved the script, we uploaded all of the contact information into our online telemarketing platform. We also provide our agents with a project brief, clearly outlining the objectives of the project. This is done to ensure we accurately communicate our clients’ (BTE Electrical’s) goals through to our team. Once our team has had a chance to explore the brief, we organise (as required) an initial meeting to discuss any questions or concerns.
Next, we developed a high conversion script that directly targeted the pain points the customers are experiencing. We worked with the company to come up with an appealing offer that would entice prospects into committing to a new, long term energy agreement with BTE Electrical. Once the script, offer and database were ready, the campaign began.
