The Objective

The HappyPics team had 2 clear objectives.

Objectives:

1. Develop a social media marketing strategy to generate more brand awareness around their photography solutions.

2. Create a Franchise marketing strategy using social media marketing to acquire more franchisees for their available franchise territories.

The Solution

Our process begins with a range of in-depth sessions, through which we analysed the HappyPics analytical data, sales & marketing processes, current SEO, SEM and Social media marketing strategies. In completing the analysis we identified a range of components that could be improved and updated.

We cooperatively developed a bespoke solution for the HappyPics team.

1. We worked closely with the HappyPics team to define their social media marketing funnel. This required extensive market research, through which we identified several key targeting parameters that were worthwhile testing. Our 70/30 testing strategy allowed us to continually test these targeting parameters whilst ensuring the ads were providing an economical return.

2. Based on both the HappyPics prehistoric analytical data and our award-winning social media marketing approach we implemented a strategy that has consistently reduced their cost per lead. Providing them with quality franchise leads that have a strong interest in different, local franchise territories.
